Our weekend Mass is now
showing on TV
at 8:00 p.m. Saturday,

and 7:00 p.m. Tuesday
for everyone to enjoy. Mass will show on channel 8 if you use a Mediacom cable box or on channel 107.3 if you don’t use a cable box on your TV. This is available for Mediacom customers in both Silver Lake and Lester Prairie.
EUCHARISTIC ADORATION: One of the great opportunities we have in our parish is to spend time in the presence of the Lord through Eucharistic Adoration. From 8:30 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. each Tuesday, the Eucharist is exposed in the chapel for quiet prayer and adoration.

PRAYER NETWORK VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: The healing
power of the prayer network supports you or a family member in
need of help. This ministry is a way of the community holding others

TRAVELING CHALICE OPPORTUNITY: One of our responsibilities as Catholics is to pray for vocations to the priesthood and religious life. Our Traveling Chalice Prayer for Vocations program is a great opportunity for parishioners to pray and promote vocations. Each week, one family receives the chalice & book to take home. While the chalice is in your home, we ask that you make a family commitment to pray each day for vocations using the prayers provided in the book. ADVENT BIBLE STUDY WITH FR. PAUL: Fr. Paul’s Advent Bible study continues this Thursday at 9:00 a.m. in the social hall of Holy Trinity. Everyone is welcome, and there is no need to register. We hope to see you there.
ADVENT ENRICHMENT AFTERNOON ON SATURDAY: On Saturday from 1:30 - 3:30 p.m. you are all invited to an afternoon of reflection and enrichment with Fr. Tony in the lower level of the Church of the Holy Family in Silver Lake. The theme of the afternoon is “Don’t Just Do Something, Stand There,” and will explore the pilgrimage of Advent and its distinct character and opportunity for spiritual renewal. Please join us.

WE NEED YOUR HELP TO DECORATE: Next Sunday after Mass we could use your help in decorating the church for Christmas. Please plan to stay and help. Confirmation students, this is a great opportunity to get service hours.

FLOWER DONATIONS DUE: If you are planning to make a memorial donation for Christmas flowers Friday is the deadline to get your donation to the parish office if you want your memorial included in the bulletin. We will accept donations after Friday, but cannot promise that your memorial will be in the bulletin after that date.

CCW AND ROSARY SOCIETY ANNUAL CHRISTMAS POTLUCK: CCW and Rosary Society members are invited to their annual Christmas meeting and potluck on Thursday, December 14, at 6:00 p.m. We look forward to seeing you.

COOKIES FOR THE HOMEBOUND: Once again this year the Council of Catholic Women will be taking cookies to our homebound parishioners for Christmas. Please drop off your cookies in the lower level of the church on Saturday, December 16 or Sunday, December 17. Plates will be ready for pick-up and delivery after the 8:00 a.m. Mass on December 17. Let’s remember those who can no longer worship with us with a Christmas treat.


ADVENT COMMUNAL RECONCILIATION SERVICE
   The final Communal Reconciliation service will be at
Holy Family on Wednesday, December 13, at 10:00 a.m.
The Holy Family service will be followed by a luncheon. Please make plans to prepare for the Lord by receiving the Sacrament of Reconciliation.


ST. PIUS X CHRISTMAS TREE SALES: St. Pius X Christmas tree sales continue. Please think of us first! A schedule of times that the stand is open is in the week at a glance on the St. Pius X page of this bulletin.

CHRISTMAS GIVING PROJECT: Our Christmas giving project continues. Please help us bring joy to children and young people through the McLeod County Christmas Giving Program. New toys can be dropped in the boxes at each parish of the area faith community.

K of C Meeting and potluck supper
